    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tell Google Nest Hub , "Ok Google, set dining room thermostat to 66 degrees. "&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It responded, "it doesn't look like the dining room thermostat is available right now, try setting it up again." Yet the screen shows the dining room thermostat is set to 70 degrees and I can tap the screen to lower the temperature.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This also happens to lights. I will say, "Ok Google, turn on cabinet lights." It responded, "7 lights offline."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I go to the Philips hue app and turn on the lights.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what is going on. I would appreciate any help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When was the thermostat installed?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"What is the make and model of your HVAC equipment?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How long did you charge the thermostat with a USB cable?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do you see a blinking LED light? If so, is it red or green?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is your thermostat still offline?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is your network 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the meantime, I’d suggest the following steps:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Armstrong Air Ultra V Advantage 93&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How long did you charge the thermostat with a USB cable? I didn't charge the Thermostat with a USB Cable&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do you see a blinking LED light? If so, is it red or green?&amp;nbsp; No blinking Led lights&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is your thermostat still offline? The Thermostat itself says that it is online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is your network 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz? 2.4 GHz&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
