nest aware account and google one subscription

hi, i currently have a google one sub (200gb) and a nest plus sub (seperate). 25yr and 120yr

i have seen the offer of 2tb and includes a nest aware (i know i'll lose some plus features)

my question is, if i upgrade google one to the 2tb, at 80 a yr (inc nest aware) - will i get refund for the 3m left of nest plus? and will it take effect immediately?
