    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble migrating my Nest account and link it properly to my google account. I went through the process and can now login with my gmail account in the Nest app. However, I do no see my nest thermostat in the google home app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I select login with Nest account, I am able to access all of my existing cameras and see my thermostat etc. in 1 home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I select login with Google, I see my devices but also 2 homes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone please advise on how I can properly migrate these accounts to streamline this process?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble migrating my Nest account and link it properly to my google account.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/625133"&gt;@St3faan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps you should review the &lt;STRONG&gt;Help&lt;/STRONG&gt; page below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you've migrated your Nest Account to your Google Account successfully, you should no longer be able to log into the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt; with the "&lt;EM&gt;Sign on with Nest&lt;/EM&gt;" option.&amp;nbsp;Under "&lt;EM&gt;Verify you've migrated&lt;/EM&gt;" in the &lt;STRONG&gt;Help&lt;/STRONG&gt; topic below, it says "&lt;EM&gt;If you're able to sign in with your Nest account, then your account hasn't been migrated.&lt;/EM&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you by any chance already have Google Nest devices installed in the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Home app&lt;/STRONG&gt; using your Google Account BEFORE you attempted the migration, and was your migration by any chance halted with an error message saying "&lt;EM&gt;Google Account is already linked with another Nest account&lt;/EM&gt;". IF that is the case, see that subject in the &lt;STRONG&gt;Help&lt;/STRONG&gt; topic below for your alternatives.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know why you have 2 "homes" in the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt; when you use the "&lt;EM&gt;Sign in with Google&lt;/EM&gt;" option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9297676" target="_self"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9297676&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't figure it out, you could contact Support to review what's happened in your situation:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Go to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Under "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Resources&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;", just click "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;".
