Nest app preview

When I had my pixel 8 pro I would open the nest app and see live views of all 3 of my cameras without having to click on each one. I traded the P8P in for a pixel 9 pro (non XL) and now when I open the nest app my view of all 3 cameras is no longer live and just a still image once I click on an individual camera then I get live view...I would like to be able to see all cameras live at the same time again? Is it because I have a smaller phone now?

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry that you're unable to view all 3 Nest cameras at the same time during the migration of your new Google Pixel 9 Pro. I understand how frustrating this can be. Let's work together for a solution.

Before I begin. I need to ask a few questions for further assistance:

What type of Nest camera does the customer have?
How is the Wi-Fi connection in that part of the house?
How is the internet connection in general? Do the customers have any issues with any devices going offline, slow downloads, too many people online at once, etc.?
What is the make and model of the customer’s router/modem? How about any repeaters or extenders they have?
