Nest thermostat showing Offline for ~2 days. Contacted Internet provider and connection is good. He sent a router reset signal and upon completion, the router successfully connected. Both Nest Thermostat and Ring Camera remain offline. Is there a way to send a remote reset to the thermostat?

I am aware that you have reset the router and confirmed it is connected. I need to know a few things about your thermostat in order to provide you with a better resolution.

What Nest thermostat model do you have? For your reference, you can check out this article on how to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages?
When did the issue first occur?
Is your thermostat still offline?
Is your network 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz?
