Is there a way to add someone to my Google Home app without giving them admin access? I use this for a small business and I want employees to have access to change the temps on locked thermostats, but not, you know, delete me from the account.

We are NOT using the beta "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app that has been available since November 2022 (https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Blog/Request-an-invite-to-try-the-new-Google-Home-app-in-Public-Preview/ba-p/279343) because the Google Home app still lacks so many Nest app functions (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/13038234#zippy=%2Cnest-app-only-features).

However, this beta "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app now apparently has the ability to "select different access and permission levels to share their homes and devices." As I said, we're not using this version, so I can't speak to the functionality, but it's described here:
