Family WiFi - can’t set up

I am trying to set up family Wi-Fi and the “get started” link is not working when I try to press it. Any guidance?

Are you using the latest version of the Google Home app? Check the Apple App Store for any updates?

Try removing the app and reinstalling it?

What model of iPhone are you using?

Are you using the latest version of iOS? Go to Settings > General > About. Next to iOS version it should say iOS 18.2.1?

I have an iPhone 15 and I just updated to iOS 18.2.1 hoping that was the issue but it’s not 😔

Not to worry, appreciate you trying those steps. I've asked a specialist to review this topic and advise on next steps. Just so you know, it may take a short while for them to do that.

Try to set up Family WiFi by using another mobile device or tablet. For guided steps, you can check out this article: Create and delete groups with Family Wi-Fi.
