topic Hub vs Mini speaker in Apps / Account

THIS just started this month. How is this even possible? I asked my Google mini what the temperature was and got the correct answer. I asked a follow up question what would it be at midnight and got the correct reply. I asked the same question to my Google hub what was the temperature I got the correct reply. I asked the same follow-up question to my Google hub and my Google hub replied I'm sorry I don't have the answer to that here's what I found on the web... It's the same question The same location The same Wi-fi The same account How can TWO devices have different answers to the exact same phrase - I have NEVER had this problem before... WTF?

While we're at it, I've been talking about this for over a year and have had NO feasible replies... On android devices NOT connected to a bluetooth speaker - when you say "Ok Google" there is NO beep letting you know Google is listening thuis making you LOOK at the screen. The acknowledgement beep ONLY occurrs IF you are connected to a bluetooth device - WHY? This totally defeats handsfree!

Be smarter Google - you are falling behind in what's really helpful and what is useless!

Hi @duglop,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear your Nest Hub isn't providing the correct answers to your questions. I understand it can be frustrating when your device isn't working as expected. Don't worry, let's work together to get this fixed. To help me with that, I have some questions:

What type of Nest Hub do you have? (1st, 2nd gen or Max)

How long did your Nest Hub work as intended before experiencing this symptom?

How often does the problem occur?

Does the same issue occur when others are speaking to the speaker or display?

Does the issue happen with other commands?

I also encourage you to submit feedback directly from your device, if you haven’t already. Just say “Hey Google, send feedback” and provide as much detail as possible when prompted. This will help us improve our services and devices so they can work better.

Please let me know the answers to these questions, and I'll be happy to help you further.

Cheers,
Jonathan

Don't bother - it was another typical Google glitch - Google absolutely sucks anymore... too many problems - and TBH - I wasn't asking for help. I figured it was a Google issue - turns out I was 100% right.. speaking of attitude....
