      <title>Cannot Login to Nest App</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Nest App has decided that I cannot login. I am using the account that my Nest reports go to and I have tried resetting the password, but the reset email never arrives.&amp;nbsp; I have also tried logging in using my Google account, but that just loops back to the login screen.&amp;nbsp; I am able to access the account on the web, using my Google account.&amp;nbsp; Also, Google Home is also not working on my phone, which I think is impacting home and away sensing.&amp;nbsp; Any thoughts on troubleshooting steps or correction?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
