      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to reset my complete nest andiod phone. My phone shows my sister as owner, and since the cameras and sound are no longer used by her she gave me the cameras. The cameras are&amp;nbsp; set up in my house to check on my mother. Mom has passed, and I'd like to reset the whole system as me as the owner, and no one other then my self using them. Thank you. Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/616986"&gt;@ronbaratono&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your sister set up the Google Nest "&lt;EM&gt;home/structure&lt;/EM&gt;" with the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Home app&lt;/STRONG&gt; while logged onto her Google Account, you should know that Google Nest has no process for transferring ownership of Google Nest cameras.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rather, your sister will need to remove the devices from her account in the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Home app&lt;/STRONG&gt; (or Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt;, if appropriate). Then you will need to do a factory reset on each device (&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162&lt;/A&gt; unless this was done automatically by the removal). Then you will need to reinstall the cameras in the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Home app&lt;/STRONG&gt; (or Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt;, if appropriate), signing on with your Google Account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
