Thermostat is offline. Signed into app and see there is a system update . Is that affecting my thermostat

Which model of Nest Learning Thermostat do you have?
Do you get any error messages on your Nest Thermostat or in the app?
Is your thermostat connected to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network?
Are there any devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the thermostat?
Has there been any recent change in your home Wi-Fi network?
