      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been double charged for Nest Aware for the last 2 years.&amp;nbsp; I called a week ago and talked to a representative who said the $240 charge for February 2025 would be refunded but it never was. I would like them to refund the extra $240 I paid in February 2024 also.&amp;nbsp; I also pay every July, which is the accurate charge.&amp;nbsp; So I have paid $480 extra to Nest in the last 2 years.&amp;nbsp; I bet a lot of people who have had these cameras for a long time are being double charged.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good luck! I've been working on trying to get a refund for a while now with no luck. I may have to go to a federal agency or something.&amp;nbsp; This is ridiculous that this is a known issue and they have no problem double billing people for multiple years for the same service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
