Cannot log in online

Cannot login to home.nest.com. I has been fine for years. Now I have the blue screen with spinner. Tried Chrome and Firefox, same result. Nest app on my phone is fine.

Could you specify the operating system (e.g., Android version, iOS version) on the device you're using for the Nest app?
When you say "blue screen with spinner," does anything else appear on the screen? Any error messages, even brief ones?
Are you sure you're trying to log in with the correct credentials, specifically the Google account associated with your Nest account (if you've migrated)?
