Unable to log into home.nest.com since today 28/06/2025

Hi, unable to log into my home.nest.com account with my google account. It has been migrated and has worked without any issues. Can login via IOS on the mobile, but cannot on Safari/Chrome browsers on MacOS. Go through the login process using the google ccount, spins for a while and returns back to login.

Tried on various browsers, deleted cookies etc.. Any suggestion pls.

Hi,

Yes, when I try to login, the Got It button pops up at the bottom of the browser, clik on it, then spinning on browser page and a few seconds after, goes back to the login page.

Same on Chrome, Safari,DuckDuckGo. Have cleared all cookies and the same issue, Worked Yesterday and not today.

Additionally, Google Home works on mobile app and on Browser on mac.

On this thread, the customer reported that allowing third-party cookies for home.nest.com and accounts.google.com allowed them to log on:

I use Firefox and have an exception that always allows cookies for nest.com and google.com.

Thanks, tried the above on Chrome and Firefox, tried on a Windows box, with Chrome, with the same issue, deleted all history,cache and then allowed all 3rd party cookies and still the same issue.
