I had 2 different Nest accounts, trying to add a device to the other account it fails due to "device is already connected to another account", my oter account, whicht already has been cancelled and I cannot login to the old one. On "Forgot password" no response whatsoever. Looks like Iám in a deadlock situation. I need a full reset of all of my accounts and start all over again. But how?

@LourensN

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not give us a way to transfer Google Nest devices from one account to another. You have to remove the devices from the Google Nest app or Google Home app on the previous account while on any previous Wi-Fi network, and then perform a factory reset before you can install the devices on a new account. And unfortunately, some 1st gen Google Nest cameras do NOT have a factory reset button, so if you cannot remove them from the Google Nest app, you may have to wait until any Nest Aware subscription expires (up to 60 days).

https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162

https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9249728

https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/11151047
