Home is missing from Home App after changing my google password.

Changed Google password, Home vanished. When I go into the Home app, it asks for me to create home. All my automations are gone and most of my devices.

I only have one Google account so it's not that I was using a different google account.

I tried to remove the Home app from my pixel 6xl pro and re-installing the app but it still is not working.

HELP!

Where there any events that occurred as part of updating your Google password that caused you to disconnect or remove your connection to "Nest" under "Third-party apps & services" under "Security" on your Google Account?

Thank you for posting in the community, and to @MplsCustomer for jumping in! I'm sorry to hear that your Google Home setup vanished after you changed your Google password. I appreciate your efforts in taking those steps before. I'm happy to help you!

Since you've confirmed you're using the correct Google account and have even tried reinstalling the app, it's highly likely that your Home structure was deleted, or you were a member of one and were removed by another user. Once a Home structure is deleted or you're removed from it, there's no way to recover it.

The solution to continue enjoying your smart home will be to create a new Home Structure, and then you'll need to re-add all your devices and manually recreate all your automations.
