How do I delete a duplicate home entry in the nest app?

Hey there Tomo,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the Nest app, but I'm happy to help as I understand it can be confusing.

If I understand the question correctly the following steps will help you to remove a Household from the Home app.

Note: If you sign in to the Nest app with a Google Account, remove your home in the Home app. This will remove the same home from the Nest app as well.

FAQs about accounts for the Nest app

If you’re the Owner, removing a home from the app will also remove:

Any Nest products that have been added to the home from the app
Anyone you’ve invited to share access from the home

At the top left corner of the app home screen, tap Menu .
Select the home that you want to remove.
At the top right corner, tap Settings .
Select Home info.
Tap Leave home.
Tap Leave to confirm.

Important: You’ll need to cancel any active subscriptions separately when you remove a home in the Nest app.
