Dear All

I cant get on to my nest account.

I used to be able to control my heating at home while away.

Please help. Do i need to reset?

If you have a Gen 1 or Gen 2 Nest, it doesn’t work with the app anymore at all. Google decided it didn’t want to support the software anymore so if you want to control it with the app, you need to buy a new thermostat.

When you log in, do you select 'Sign in with Google,' or do you enter your email and password directly?

No, don't reset... You will loose your other account. Booth it.
