&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How far is the lock from the Nest Connect?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are there any obstructions between the Nest Connect and the lock?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are any other devices in your home experiencing Wi-Fi connectivity issues?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Note: If you aren't on the latest version, please update via the App Store or Google Play Store, or try reinstalling the app.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Check the battery level: * If the battery level is low, please replace all batteries with fresh AA alkaline batteries.&lt;/LI&gt;
