&lt;P&gt;I would reset the Nest Protects. If after following the steps below you still have trouble. I know how important these devices are!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press and hold your Protect’s button. It will chime and glow blue. Continue holding the button down.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Release the button when your Protect starts to say its version number.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Your Protect will start a verbal countdown and tell you it’s erasing all your settings.
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;To cancel the factory reset, press Protect’s button again during the countdown.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;After a few seconds your Protect will reset to its factory default settings. You can then go through&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9247146" rel="noopener" target="_blank"&gt;setup with the app and add it to an account again&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>My devices are gone from Google Home</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a problem w/ my detector this week and went into the home app and discovered that they were gone from the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm still getting home reports monthly mailed to the account.&amp;nbsp; When I look back in my emails at the reports, I see that in the last good health check email was April 2025. In May 2025 the email says the devices didn't check in and they haven't since.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I log into Google Home and Nest using my account, I see my kitchen speaker and my 3 wifi mesh devices.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get them back?&amp;nbsp; Factory reset?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
