Where did Nest go?

So I can log in but no cameras views, subscription good, cameras show online....since transferred to Google, its been downhill ever since transferring to Google. Both properties unable to observe. Smilar problems, not getting emails to reset passwords. Total dysfunction of Nest.

Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having, I know this can be frustrating but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
