Yes I am still needing help to retrieve my google password it has alot of important pictures and info and someone changed my password and I need into my old account. Its xxxxxxxxxxxxx. if you could please help me id appreciate it.

Sorry to hear that you're still having this issue. I have edited your response to remove your email address as we don't want that publicly. While unfortunately I'm unable to reset your password for your account, have you tried doing a "Forgot my password" or tried resetting the password on your account?
