Set Up Login to https://home.nest.com/login/

I recently subscribed to Nest Aware, and am trying to log in to my Nest Aware account online by either:

My Google Account
via https://home.nest.com/login/

Using my Google Account to login simply keeps returning me iteratively back the the Google Account login. Since I have yet to set up a login password for https://home.nest.com/login/ , after selecting Sign in with Nest, I have then provided the email for my Nest account, and then selected -- Forgot Password? -- which then prompts to "Enter your email address. We will send you instructions to reset your password." Entering the email associated with my Nest account, and then clicking on the "Send Email" button has not resulted in an email from Nest Aware to reset my Nest password.

Could you please provide instruction on how I can set up access to my Nest Aware account online for access via https://home.nest.com/login/

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that issues with your account and Nest Aware can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
