I can no longer access the e_mail that was used on my Nest account I have my password but google wants to send a code to my dead e_mail how do I change this to my Gmail account?

Hey there,

Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having, I'm sure it might get confusing, but I'm happy to help.

I would suggest following these steps:

Open the Nest app and select Sign in with Nest at the bottom of the screen.
Enter your email address and password, then tap Sign in.
Tap Settings .
Select Account, then Manage account.
Tap Account Security, then Email address.
