Nest thermostat missing history

I checked my Nest Thermostat history (Android app and web interface) this morning to see how bad yesterday was as it was likely the highest A/C use thus far this year.

All days show useage except yesterday ... "no useage". I know that to be untrue.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Sorry to hear about your missing energy history. I can understand the frustration behind losing that kind of data. I'm happy to look into this for you.

We're currently aware of an issue with the Nest thermostat Energy History. Affected customers will see a "No usage" message indicated, but tapping the day will show detailed usage. We're working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible, and truly appreciate your patience as we get this resolved.

I have the same problem. Tapping on the day makes no difference. This post is a couple of months old now. How much !Inger do you expect a solution to take?
