      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Anyone else frustrated with the terrible support by Google Nest? I have been a Google customer for years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;They sent me a camera that has connectivity issues. When I tried to get help they said it was faulty and sent me a replacement unit.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;In the meantime I sorted the problem out after hearing from others in this community about "workarounds". Spent about 6hrs of my time resolving the issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I had to return the replacement unit they sent me. I have the tracking information from UPS showing it was received by Google. Now they are billing me saying they did not receive it.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;On top of it all, their customer support contact app is not working.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Unbelievable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;How do you get their attention???&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
