Can google connect to private system using api?

My idea to ask google nest "Hey Google what is the sales amount of yesterday?"

So google nest must connect to the private system first by using the user and password to authenticate to the our own system.

Anyone has the experience, please advice.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do this as the devices don't allow to type in a password or code to set up with a specific system or network.
