Did a reboot. Every time I try and watch something it drops out.

Welcome to our new community forum! I'm sorry you are having this issue. I know how frustrating it can be when your show keeps getting interrupted by technical difficulties! But no worries, I'd be more than happy to help. I'd like to ask a couple of questions to start.

Which device are you trying to watch something on?
Have you checked your internet connection? Do you experience drops when using the internet on another device?

Once, I have the answers to these questions, I'll be better able to assist you. Looking forward to a response.
