Google Home account linking not linking

I’m trying to link my night owl protect account to google home. I log in and it says night owl protect linked at the bottom, and then account linked successfully. The problem is that it is not linked. The cameras do not show up, and when I checked the linked account my night owl account isn’t there. And it randomly unlinked my Xbox account and says the same thing when I try to relink it.

I'm having the same issue. Adding the "Night Owl Protect" account through "Home Control" doesn't do anything. Even though a toast saying "Account linked successfully" shows up.

As you see in the video, when I try to link the Night Owl account, it doesn’t do anything. I don’t know if it’s a bug with Google Home or Night Owl.

Please advise what can I do.

Thanks for giving me that information. Have you tried reaching out to Night Owl support to see if they can help at all? It may be something that is an issue with the partnership between Google and Night Owl.
