Hi Nicole,

This should be located within the settings of the device you are trying to use to make the call.

Open the device in the Google Home app, select the settings cog in the top right, choose Recognition and Sharing, followed by Recognition & Personalisation. From that screen, you should see a toggle to turn on this option.
