No video playback in HOME APP or NEST APP

I have a nest camera in one of my homes and I can only see still images from the events and can’t see the video

I am a nest aware subscriber

I see the same thing in my home app as I do in the Nest app. Same event but no video. I see the duration of the video but can’t play it back
