Chromecast WiFi connection

My WiFi requires BOTH username and password to connect. Chromecast setup only requests password during setup. Is there a syntax that will let me enter username AND password to connect to WiFi? I already tried username/password, didn’t work

Thanks for reaching out and I apologize for the delayed response.

To confirm, are you using a captive portal network? If yes, I'm afraid this type of network is currently not supported by Chromecast. You can check this support website article on how to set up the Chromecast devices.
