Can't get nest entry key

My email address that was set up with my Nest is no longer active, is there anyway of just changing the email on my account so I can re access the nest app? My wife can still access the app on her phone and alter the nest but I can't on my phone.

Do you still need help with this? If yes and your wife is using a migrated Google account on her Nest app, she can invite your working Gmail as a member of the house where your Nest devices are. Take a look at the step by step guide here: https://bit.ly/2K0rOFH
