Nest app Not working

Hi I’ve had over the course of the last four weeks. Four Samsung tablets. Every single one the nest app will not work. I’ve had three A8 tablets, an S7 FE and yesterday exchanged it for an S8 Tablet. Exactly same issue. Constant spinning circle and thrown back to the sign in. I’ve tried every single trouble shoot I can find. Even Google chat can’t resolve it. App works perfect on my iPhone wife’s iPhone and our iPads.

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

I’ve tried everything even with Samsung support cleared cache data deleted app and this has been on three different Samsung tablets. An A8 S7 FE and now I’ve bought an S8.

Nest App will not log me in, Google home works fine. If I try it via any browser it just flickers,Even if I request a desktop browser.

I had an email today to log the time and date of my attempts, so they can pass it on.

Are you only working with Samsung support or have you tried to contact Nest support as well?

Hi all sorted today. Problem was the stat itself. As once deleted the cameras and stat, then re added just the cameras it worked. So narrowed it down to the 3rd gen stat. Completely reset the stat and now working all fine on android 12 s8 Tab. Although it be the last time I buy an android device. 👍🏻😂
