Hi Tony,

A Google Home or Google Nest speaker or display will allow anyone to use voice commands to turn on/off other connected smart devices.

If you are asking about media control notifications showing on other mobile devices on the same WiFi network then these can be disabled. Please follow the instructions within the Google Nest help center link below.
