Hello, Chip Well.

Sorry for the issues you're having with your WiFi point setup. I imagine that's quite a frustrating experience. Let's take a look at the situation and see what we can do for you here.

Before I go further, I do have a few questions for you.

Are you able to successfully configure your WiFi router?
Is it only the WiFi points that won't connect to the network, or do you have other devices that aren't working?
Have you connected any other devices successfully to your Home app?

If you can give me a little more to go on, we can get this all figured out for you. I look forward to hearing back from you.
