Change ownership email on Google Home / Nest accounts

I have an existing Google Home and Nest account for my Nest Wi-Fi and Nest Thermostats. I just bought a Nest Hub Max to manage everything. Looks like my Google Home app is linked to my Google Corporate email and my Nest app is linked to my personal gmail account. I do not my my corporate email linked to my personal home account so how do I change it so I can manage all of my devices on my new Nest Hub Max.
