Google Camera Error message when running diagnostics

Hey, does anybody know what this means? Error occurred when calling SupportService_GetAccountGraph:

I’ve been having trouble getting the 24/7 to record on the timeline in the google app even though it’s plugged in so I tried diagnostics since googles chat support basically said to wait. And that’s what I ended up with.

I have the same error. And my camera videos are delayed and sometimes missing.

What type of Nest cameras do you have?
Are you experiencing this issue with all of your Nest cameras, or just one?
Are you using the Nest app or the Google Home app to access your video history?
Have you tried accessing your video history through the Nest website? Did the issue persist?
Have you tried using a different phone or device to access your video history? Did the problem occur on the other device as well?
What type of phone are you currently using?
