Definitely contact the support folks. It sounds like you are still in warranty and hopefully they ship you a replacement.

Bought doorbell 9/23. Working fine. A month ago took it down for painting. Reinstalled and camera showed white light. Then went dark. Have been thru resolution process more than once. Keeps rerouting back to start. Restart, reset, factory reset, checked Wi-Fi. Verified power to device all failed to revive device. Doorbell works when not connected to device. Will not work once connected. No lights on device. Have held pin in hole for up to 60 sec. Help!

Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
