Not receiving camera notifications

I have a google wired indoor camera and a floodlight and camera outdoor wired. They both had been sending notifications about person animal movement's etc. t

The notifications stopped some 3 weeks ago, I have spoken to google on 3 occasions and completed all their suggestions still no notifications are being received. They sent me replacements for both cameras and the same problem with no notifications being received. I have tried different mobile and tablets without success. I spoke to Apple who checked our phones and tablets no faults were found.

Google promised me a week ago this had been escalated to a specialist team I,ve heard nothing from them.
