Google Home Preview not showing past videos

Cannot view videos on my Home app, it just shows a spin icon in the middle.

However if I log into home.google.com past videos show up and play just fine.

And this is for all previous videos no matter if it's the doorbell or home cameras I have.

Hmmmm, I have heard of this problem a few times on this forum but I don't know what the solution is. You might try opening an official support tick so that you can speak with an actual Google Tech person. This is just a user from and Google does not read these. Here is the link to open a ticket... If you get this resolved please come back here and let us know what the problem was and how you fixed it.
