 &lt;LI&gt;Was there a recent event (power outage, software update) before the problem began?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What exactly do you mean by "dark screen"? Is the screen completely black, or is there something displayed (like a logo or error message)?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Can you see a live view of the doorbell through the Google Home app?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you tried restarting the doorbell or the Google Home app?&lt;/LI&gt;
