Checked cable and all is fine. I’ve tried adjusting down all the video quality and events settings as much as possible and still no luck.

Everything had been working fine until about a week ago. It’s connected to the weather proof cable and power source but now any history clips will only play around 5 seconds max then either freeze or say camera unavailable. The entire camera timeline is dotted with intermittent ‘camera unavailable’ patches every few minutes.

Whats happened?! Anyone else having this issue?

How frustrating. If the camera is less than a year old there is a good chance Google will replace it. Here is the link to open a support ticket and speak with a tech person and see what they say...

Thanks. Wasn’t aware and now thinking about trying this option. I just don’t understand why it would do this all of a sudden.

So, even though you are supplying power to the camera there is a chance that the internal battery is dying. If that is the case the camera will fail even when plugged in.

Looking forward to hearing what the Google person says. You can always ask to escalate your call to a level 2 person if you don't feel you are making any progress.
