Help!!

I have been dealing with Google support for over a year now as of the month of August. I have been being charged $63 a month since September 2023 for legacy nest services. They refunded me (1) month and said thats all they could do and then 1-week later charged me again for $63.00. Short of closing my bank account of 21-years they keep stealing (yes, Im calling it stealing because they willfully keep doing it) $756.00 to date they have stolen from my account.
