Nest doorbell peeling

Nest doorbell peeling and keeps getting worse and worse. The doorbell looks horrible.

This is pretty bad considering we are Houston Media Systems and our customers are choosing Ring more and more over Nest, while seeing our Google Nest Doorbell and its condition.

Let me know if there is any replacement cover of the sort, please.

If you want a cover, I think you can find somewhere online a silicone cover, it will hide the damage and control further degradation of this piece of junk. I have the same problem and I have contacted google by phone and also using this board, where Brad (community specialist) opened a case and after wasting hours of my time got denied. They claimed that their policy has changed and that they only replace devices that are under warranty. It is a complete disgrace that a multi-billion dollar company that is clearly aware of this manufacturer defect can simply decide to wash their hands. I heavily use Google as my smart home technology platform and I am very disappointed by their lack of accountability.
