If your laptop runs with Windows OS, you can connect your Google Nest Mini Speaker through Bluetooth. Here are the steps:

Select the Start button, type "Bluetooth," then select Bluetooth settings from the list.
Turn on Bluetooth.
Make sure your Google Nest Mini Speaker is in pairing mode by pressing and holding the pairing button for a few seconds.
Tap the name of the speaker (Google Nest Speaker) you’d like to pair.
