I’ve spoken with their technician. Did a virtual set up could not complete the set up called T-Mobile and after all the troubleshooting we did they decided that it is not a T-Mobile issue my camera will not connect to Wi-Fi. No matter what I do. I’ve set up the 2.5 GHz and still it will not work. I’ve tried everything in the trouble shooting steps online and called several people nobody can seem to help me. I’m thinking this product doesn’t work with T-Mobile even though it shows it is compatible. What can I do?
