Doorbell camera not charging

My doorbell camera won’t charge and the white light is not coming on . I did the rest button nothing happens.

What's the exact model of your Google Nest Doorbell (Nest Doorbell (battery), Nest Doorbell (wired, 2nd gen) or a Nest Doorbell (wired), previously known as Nest Hello)?
What color is the LED light when you're not charging the device?
Does the device show as offline in the Google Home or Nest app?
Have you tried using a different cable to charge your Nest Doorbell?
Could you please describe the reset process you followed for the device?
