      <title>Wired nest doorbell just suddenly keep going offline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just a day ago my nest outdoor camera is offline more than its online, I already check wiring test the amps of wire coming to the camera check for any short wire, check wifi connection reconnected new wifi and still keeps on disconnecting, what can cause this? I have read a lot of the threads and most of the recommendations Ive already did.. its still getting disconnected for no reason is there has been an update lately with the software that can cause this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m having the same problems and it’s been going on for months and there is no nest support to help me but they keep charging me. I’m having theft from off my porch but can’t record it cause it won’t stay online. Can someone please give a phone number to call ive tried everything already??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Not being able to record and see events on your doorbells is certainly not what you expect. I’m here to help you get them back on track.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did your Nest Doorbell start appearing offline in the app? Are you getting other error messages besides the app saying it’s not online? It’s important to check if your camera can find any other Wi-Fi networks alongside the one you use in your home; please let me know the status light as well.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since you’ve already checked if the doorbells have sufficient power, if at any moment you notice your camera not responding and your LED status light remains off, your power adapter should be outputting around 16-24 VAC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suggest you follow this article to&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/36Qq9cq" target="_blank"&gt; restart your Nest doorbell&lt;/A&gt;, then try using another nearby network (such as a mobile hotspot) to check if your Doorbell disconnections continue that way.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Let me know what you find out.&lt;/P&gt;
