    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone, I upgraded my modem a few weeks ago and had no issues connecting my doorbell, lights and 4 speakers but for some reason my 2 battery indoor/outdoor nest cameras do not connect. I have:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- held down the button to reset them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Tried both 2.4 &amp;amp; 5GHz (which I have setup with different names)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Upgraded my phone from a Samsung to a Pixel&amp;nbsp; &amp;amp; have tried using my wife's iPhone &amp;amp; all have the same issues&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;amp; it keeps giving me the 'Try moving closer to your Nest Cam (battery)' message.&amp;nbsp; The cam is plugged in and sitting next to my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any other ideas??? Cheers!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting in the community. I'm really sorry to hear about the issue you're having connecting your Nest Doorbell to your new network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I understand that you are not able to connect it even after you reboot the doorbell, trying on a different phone and updating your network settings. I appreciate your efforts to troubleshoot the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Before trying any additional step, please reply with the following information:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI data-sourcepos="27:3-27:76"&gt;What is the current color of the LED light on the front of the doorbell?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI data-sourcepos="28:3-28:89"&gt;Are you receiving any error messages or codes? If so, please share the exact message.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI data-sourcepos="29:3-29:55"&gt;Which version of the Google Home app are you using?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once we have this information, we can work together to find a solution and successfully connect your doorbell.&lt;/P&gt;
